Has anyone ever received their Healthnostics restricted shares announced October 12, 2006 by H-Quotient? The distribution was supposed to happen by November 20, 2006. H-Quotient shareholders were to received 1 Healthnostic restriced share for every 2 shares of H-Quotient along with the right to receive 1 share of MedBioWeb when it is issued for every 10 shares of the restriced Healthnostics that they have at the time.
