I suspect it's mostly about sheer faith, and being able to identify with the people who make up a company is the first step in establishing that faith.

It's only been a short time since they signed that major licensing agreement with MMA Elite, the Mixed Martial Arts brand of sports licensing giant UBM (Ultimate Brand Management), under which MusclePharm supplements will be distributed to major drugstore chains and big box clubs. That kind of exposure is what will cement the future for them.
