Lately waiting is what every stock holder is doing and trying to evaluate if a stock is worth it or not to them, the market is very shaky in many ways right now and everyday brings it's own surprises. I do agree that NASV has a great product and can really save money to a companies bottom line.

Organic growth tends to take more time in this industry than many are willing to wait for.

Just wondering about their contract with SouthWest Airlines and the cities that SouthWest contracted to them, I how things are working out for them in this area and if more Airlines are looking for NASV to also be of service to them.

That is something to think about, and I don't think they have mentioned anything about that in some time.

I was also thinking about what they did for Arizona with the wastwater management and the systems they put in place to run this smoothly, this could be used today in let's say Japan for instance.

Saw on the news the huge water issue that they are having, really don't know if this will be too big a product for NASV to try and tackle but at least they might be able to implement a system to help with the filteration process and storage process.

National Automation Services, Inc. (NASV) Reaches Agreement with Trafalgar Capital

National Automation Services, Inc. announced that together with Intecon, Inc., Intuitive Systems Solutions, Inc. it has settled all pending litigation and mutually agreed to end and drop all claims between them and Trafalgar Capital Specialized Investment Fund, Luxembourg, Trafalgar Capital Sarl, Trafalgar Capital Advisors (collectively, “Trafalgar Capital”) regarding all debt, equity and financing agreements and any and all existing liens, covenants, conditions and encumbrances between National Automation Services, Inc. and Trafalgar Capital.

NAS will remove all Trafalgar debt from its books, with all liens on its assets released, in exchange for a payment of $300,000 dollars in cash, a promissory note for $200,000 dollars and approximately seven million shares of restricted NAS stock.

In the same press release, NAS announced that its auditors and staff have been working diligently on completing the third quarter review and expect to have the financials posted to the SEC next week. This will bring the company’s filings current with all reporting requirements.

Bob Chance, CEO of National Automation Services, commented, “We are very pleased after two years to have reached an agreeable settlement with Trafalgar and we can now move forward with complete focus on our business plan.”

What great news to hear in regards to it's agreement with Trafalgar Capital, now as they move forward they can begin to focus again fully on NASV and it's continued success.

Protostars I am sorry I did not make myself clear, I was speaking of the water issue with Japan and the high level of radiation found within it. Like you said mwest, what great news for NASV and a very nice start to the day with a 10% increase already.

Maybe now moving forward they can focus on the acquisitions they were planning on and expanding the companies services to be more diverse.
