Progressive Concepts retail stores sell under the "Hawk Electronics" brand. PCI operates a national wholesale distribution business called PCI Wholesale. This business serves smaller cellular and automotive retailers, car dealers, and rural cellular carriers throughout the U.S. This distribution business sells through Hawk-branded sub-agents, their own direct sales force and on the Internet via http://www.hawkelectronics.com, and http://www.hawkexpress.com, among others.

Teletouch engages in initiating and maintaining subscribers' cellular and other service agreements, and determining credit-scoring standards and underwriting new account acquisitions. They also handle all billing, collections, and related credit risk through their proprietary billing systems. In addition, they provide all facets of real-time customer support using their fully integrated Customer Relationship Management system though their always-on-call Call Centers and the Internet.

The Company also has their original business providing two-way radio spectrum, radios, and related products and services in the North and East Texas markets. For more than forty years, they have been a Motorola Sales and Service Dealer.
