Proteonomix Inc. is a biotechnology company dedicated to the development of cell therapies to treat a wide variety of diseases. Headquartered in Mountainside, New Jersey, their current research is focused on cosmetics, antiaging, and injury. Through their subsidiary ProteoDERM, INC., they are commercializing their various products.

Their new line of anti-aging skin care products is now hitting the market. Their ProteoDERM Inc.’s anti-aging products are their Matrix NC-138 system of products. They sell the Matrix NC-138™ (3%) Serum, and a Day Cream SPF-25, Night Cream, a Gentle Cleanser, and a Gentle Exfoliator.

Proteonomix is also developing a platform for the growth of contaminant-free human embryonic stem (hES) cell lines. They will then make these available to the research community. They anticipate the commercialization of this product in the fourth quarter of this year. Proteonomix is working with leading scientists at prestigious institutions around the world to make tailored stem cell therapies a reality.

The Company is also planning to establish the Proteonomix Cord Blood Bank to meet the need for transplant grade umbilical cord blood stem cells. These stem cells have been identified as having the potential of being a treatment for many diseases ranging from leukemia to sickle cell anemia. Through an affiliate network of obstetricians and hospitals, they hope to collect donated cord blood samples. They plan to maintain a database of high-resolution HLA (human leukocyte antigen) typed and tested stem cells to speed matching processes.

While the Company is developing their operating protocols for the establishment of the Proteonomix Cord Blood Bank, they are also creating two affiliate networks to streamline collection, transplant information, and payments to the physicians and hospitals. Through the Physician Network, they enable physicians and licensed health care providers to join with them to expand their practices and services. They assist with referrals to physicians offices and help promote physicians practices while helping patients receive lab grade cosmeceuticals.
