FBC Holdings Introduces Todd Wahnish and Aarting Collection

(OTCMARKETS: FBCD). We are proud to announce the completion of negotiations and that Todd Wahnish has partnered up with FBC Holdings. Todd Wahnish is a New York- based artist and designer of web apps, limited edition toys, and animation.

Todd began his career in traditional hand-drawn cel animation, creating and directing hundreds of animated works for television. His animations have appeared on MTV, BET, FUSE, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Nickelodeon, PBS, TNT, TBS, the WB, Spike TV, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Saturday Night Live among others. He has worked with many of the world's top brands, including Coach and Google.

His involvement in creating the music video "Thin Red Line" for the Grammy winning hip-hop group "The Roots" led to the first nationwide broadcast quality animation created entirely with Adobe Flash. This groundbreaking video, which originally aired on BET in mid 2000, helped open the door for the next generation of animated television and film. Adobe Flash is now the standard for creating traditional animation for TV throughout the world.

In 2003, Todd began designing and producing limited edition vinyl toys. His first collaboration was with Hong Kong based Toy2R. Later he worked with Kid Robot on a series of prototypes for brands including the animated rock group the Gorillaz, legendary punk band The Misfits and Onitsuka Tiger.

In 2010, Todd launched the Aarting Collection as a place to create the first community-based art brand. The Aarting Collection's first contest, "Blankie," received designer submissions from all over the world and, during the voting phase, received over 150,000 unique votes in its first two weeks. The votes were used to select the 12 winning designs included in the series, and Blankie is now available at boutiques in over 30 countries.

Todd attended Douglas Anderson School of the Arts and holds a BFA in Painting from the Atlanta College of Art. Residencies include the Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design, NYSP.

Todd brings years of valuable experience in the toy industry to FBC Holdings. We are extremely excited about his work with the Aarting Collection at http://www.aartingcollection.com and the success that followed. The addition of Todd to FBC Holdings is just one more piece of the puzzle that is being put together to grow the company.

Steven Miller VP of Sales said of Todd Wahnish: "I am excited to welcome Todd aboard, he has been a constant source of industry insight. With his extensive background and constant drive to innovate, he will help develop a comprehensive plan to capitalize on the opportunities presented. Having worked with him in the designer toy industry I can vouch for his ability to create amazing results. Again, we are lucky to have him on board and look forward to great things."

"We feel that FBC is in its strongest position as a company to date, as many projects are nearing completion. FBC has turned a corner and expects very strong growth in the coming months. With the addition of Todd we can move forward and finalize our web application, which will be ready for public very soon," said Christopher LeClerc.

Our web application creates a place for artists to design, build, network, and develop their products. By allowing both amateur and professional artists to create toys FBC has put itself in a position to capture both creativity and commerce going forward. By targeting this 6 billion dollar a year industry we are putting ourselves into a revenue ready position. Not only will artists be able to design and sell toys but other productions as well, like apparel, jewelry, fashion, etc. This is truly an exciting time for us in the long journey of building a successful and profitable toy company. Additionally we will enable artists to communicate with retailers and wholesalers, wholesalers to wholesalers, wholesalers to retailers, and retailers to retailers.

especially w/ all the mention of mass produced toys & worldwide marketing.

The Aarting Collection is the world’s first community-based art brand.

The Aarting Collection is an internet-based creative platform that exists to create high quality, limited edition art products from designs submitted by its members and chosen by public vote. The company is founded by soon-to-be husband and wife team, artist Todd Wahnish and producer Melissa Carroll. They live and work in New York City.
What’s The Story?

Part 1, The Idea:

After designing toys for a few designer toy companies and various rock bands, Todd decided to approach another designer toy company at the New York Comic Con in 2007. Todd said, “Hey, man I’ve got some killer designs, and I know some great graphic designers if you’re interested.” The to-remain-nameless CEO replied, “No offense, but I’ve never heard of you or your friends.” In an industry populated with famous graffiti artists and illustrators, all the designer toys series had started to look the same and there was no room for an unknown.

Todd went home, did the numbers, and said, “Well, then I’ll just make my own toys.” Thinking that at least his friends would submit designs, he designed a figure, launched a modest website, and advertised the contest on a few forums and blogs. To his delight, over 150 designers from all over the world submitted 196 designs. Then with the help of his wonderful brother-in-law, he opened up a fair voting system that allowed designers to promote their work without giving an edge to those from more developed areas. Again to his amazement, over 150,000 users voted for their favorite designs. The winner, Matucha, is from Mexico.

Part 2, On to Production:

Enter Melissa, who, yes, was attracted to the fact that Todd made toys. As she got to know Todd, she got to know more about the fascinating world of designer toys. She started helping manage the forum and communicating with the designers. In the summer of 2009, she joined Aarting full time (apart from the frequent acting gig). She encouraged and supported Todd as difficulties with the first factory in China arose and celebrated with him when the color samples arrived from the second factory. With many new projects in the works, they are happy to be building their own little empire.
About the founders:

Melissa Carroll

Melissa Carroll left her hometown of Yadkinville, NC for the bright lights of New York City to attend Marymount Manhattan College. After receiving a BA in Theatre, she served as the Company Manager for the Lark Play Development Center, toured nationally with Missoula Children’s Theater, and has appeared in numerous plays, films, and television shows. She has also worked as a stage manager and a teacher. All these life experiences prepared her well for joining the Aarting team as manager extraordinaire. She has enjoyed diving into the exciting world of designer toys and the challenging world of art and art brands.

Todd Wahnish

Todd Wahnish began his career as an award winning animator, creating many recognizable works for television. His animation has appeared on MTV, BET, FUSE, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Nickelodeon, PBS, TNT, TBS, the WB, Spike TV, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Saturday Night Live among numerous others. Wahnish’s first toy was released in 2003 as a part of Toy2r’s “Series 3 Designer Collection”. He attended Douglas Anderson School of the Arts and holds a BFA in Painting from the Atlanta College of Art. Residencies include the Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design, New York Studio Program (NYSP).

FBCD Business Plan Update:

Today : Thursday 26 April 2012

(OTCMARKETS: FBCD) FBC Holdings would like to provide shareholders with an update to its business plan going forward. We are pleased with the recent additions to the FBC team, as we begin the process of transitioning from a development company to a revenue ready/building company. The recent additions of Todd Wahnish and Mike Kern, along with Steven Miller, have put the company in a strategically strong position to execute its business plan.

This business plan has evolved from focusing solely on toy manufacturing to something much bigger than ever envisioned. Even though we will still manufacture toys, our main revenue driving vehicle will be our new website/web portal/web application. Our web application has been in development for quite some time and is nearing its public launch. The website has been beta tested, the domain name registered, and many backend work is finally coming to an end. We anticipate a public launch of the website in the very near future.

The website will offer a number of unique features that will significantly increase the value of the company. For example, the website will become the destination to purchase all things artistic, collectable, and desired on the web. We understand that artists want the ability to be creative with their work and their products. Our website will allow any artist, both professional and amateur, to have a virtual showroom to display their product. Instead of FBC marketing each individual toy or product, the artist will be able to integrate a number of social networking platforms to their personalized showroom. By providing any artists or manufacturers a virtual store front on our website, the potential for new and ongoing revenue streams is truly limitless.

An additional feature that will allow us to utilize a number of our current licenses, and planned future licenses will be regular contests. One example would be to utilize the newest license to our ever-growing portfolio, the FlowBoard. We will host a create your own FlowBoard contest. Our web portal will allow for any registered user to design a customizable FlowBoard. After the time limit of the contest is up, we will display the entries for all users to vote on. We will encourage all contestants to utilize their social networking accounts to recruit votes on their designs, thus bringing continual traffic to the site. Once a winner is declared, we will create and release a limited edition FlowBoard and offer that up for purchase.

This is only the tip of the iceberg that makes us so excited that we are finally at the point to go live. In the coming days we plan to disclose more of our new business plan, in addition to announcing the name of our site, and ultimately going live. We will be providing investors in the near future more information on how our business plan will drive revenues thus resulting in significant long term shareholder growth.
