That's another great thing about site-based videos, you can carefully monitor conversion to web-based sales. You can't easily do this with television spots.

Loyalty programs are designed to entice existing customers to come in more often and to buy more each time they do. They usually do this with coupons (electronic or otherwise) or some type of discount program. In the case of Muscle Flex, perhaps they give points or other things to loyal customers.

Loyalty programs are great, because it's so much more cost effective to market to your existing customers, as opposed to having to go out and dig up new customers.

One of their hottest new prospects is their sportswear line. Wish they would say more about this. It could be a bigger money maker in the long run.

Regarding cost: the stretch factor will help greatly with that, since people won't have to go out and buy a new one every time they lose some weight or gain some muscle. People will see it more as a good long-term investment, even if a bit pricey up front.
