With a gain of nearly 100% in the past week or so, it should begin to shake up the sidelines a bit. But the long term story is more important.

I agree that long term development is very important. I cannot wait to see this company progress over a longer period of time.

Their recent stock swings suggest that some money has it's eye on them. Imagine what will happen when something big hits.

Would like to have a continous supply of news from the lab, but I suppose that is unrealistic. They're headed in the right direction, building their knowledge base and generating interest.

Don’t Miss Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc.’s (KBLB.OB) Dividend!

Last week Kraig Biocraft Laboratories announced that shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 27 will be issued nine additional shares for each share of stock held. However, to be the legal owner on the record date you must buy the stock at least three business days before the record date. Today is exactly three business days away from the deadline.

Commenting on the dividend, CEO Kim K. Thompson recently stated, “This stock dividend is intended to lay the groundwork for the growth of the Company. It is part of our ongoing efforts to improve trading liquidity, broaden ownership, promote capital investment and enhance shareholder value. This action is enabled by the Company’s continued success in the laboratory and is consistent with the Board’s commitment to take actions designed to create a wider distribution of the Company’s stock.”

For the long term ride, which in my estimation is the biggest and best ride, there is still time to get in.

Annual Report from Yahoo

Postby mrsfelix06 » Thu Apr 23, 2009 9:11 am

In the annual report there was some interesting information that was brought up.

"We expect to spend up to $35,000 per quarter through March 2009 on collaborative research and development of high strength polymers at the University of Notre Dame."

-I noticed from the above quote, is spider silk being researched at Notre Dame or just at the University of Wyoming?

"We expect to spend approximately $13,700 on collaborative research and development of high strength polymers and spider silk protein at the University of Wyoming over the next twelve months."

- Also with this above quote, any idea on why there is such a big price difference between the two university's?

there was much more about there plans of operations in the report. From these quotes it looks like there is going to be a great deal of progress during the next 12 months. This is great to look forward too.
