CYIOS Corporation (CYIO) is a holding company founded in 1994. The company operates as a System Integrator and Knowledge Management solutions provider to the United States Army, Department of Defense, and other government agencies on single or multiple year contract basis.

There are two subsidiaries that the Company operates its business: CYIOS DC and CKO Corporation. CYIOS DC provides Information Technology system integration services for US Department of Defense agencies while CKO Corporation developed CYIPRO; a Web-based virtual office for project and Knowledge Management, collaboration, scheduling, reporting, file management, calendar, tasks and meetings. CYIPRO is designed for the US government and for commercial organizations.

The Company built the first Army Knowledge Management solution for the US Army and it was developed to become the core for Army Knowledge Online (AKO). AKO provides secure access for soldiers, army employees, military retirees and military family members worldwide to US Army web assets, tools and services.

CYIOS Corporation is a Department of Defense contractor that provides Knowledge Management, Business Transformation and Information Technology solutions leveraging the accumulated experience and know-how of its staff. The company’s continued success and relationship with Department of Defense is proof of the Company’s commitment and experience.
