Cereplast, Inc. (CERP)

Cereplast, Inc. (CERP) is a diversified holdings company headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah with operations in real estate, health & beauty, and fashion retail. The Company has been focused on acquiring undervalued properties in the Salt Lake City region since the early 1990’s.

Currently Nexia Holdings’ portfolio includes the historic Wallace-Bennett Building (a multi-story office building in Salt Lake City), a 7,000 sq. ft. one-story retail building in Salt Lake City, and a 100,000 sq. ft. building located on West Sams Boulevard. In addition, the Company also owns seven small parcels of undeveloped land in Utah and Kansas.

The Company’s real estate holding operations are focused on the acquisition, lease, and sale of real estate properties in the United States, with a main concentration on commercial properties. Through substantial repair and upgrade of underperforming properties purchased, Nexia Holdings increases its market value and cash flow potential.

Nexia Holdings has also invested in top rate proven health & beauty concepts. These investments, combined with exceptional management and staff, have allowed the Landis Lifestyle Salon to create substantial revenues from inception.

The unique styles of the Company’s experienced designers have proven themselves in many vertical markets within the fashion industry. The Black Chandelier subsidiary offers alternative styles to customers looking for individualism, making its innovative concepts desirable to big box retail.
